Jessica Rose was born in Toronto, Ontario. She re-located to Nova Scotia in 2015 to build a life on the beautiful South Shore. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of British Columbia in 2010, followed by her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law in 2017. She articled with BOYNECLARKE LLP before joining Dumke Law as an associate, after her call to the Bar in 2019.

 

Jessica is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Prison Law Association. She is a recipient of two Alistair Fraser awards, for excellence in Immigration Law and Professional Responsibility.
